Katie is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in online marketing, multimedia and advertising. She has won 4 national awards for marketing, and speaks and writes regularly about the Web for organizations such as ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership.
At Results Direct, Katie has provided design oversight, branding and user experience consulting for clients such as ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership and Verizon Long Distance, where she managed online creative for partnerships with MTV/VH1, LifetimeTV, iVillage, and Nick.Com.
Prior to founding Results Direct, Katie managed the strategic advertising and direct mail marketing function at the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives (GWSAE).

Cecilia has more than 7 years of experience providing Internet and online marketing consulting and project management expertise to Fortune 500, association, non-profit, and small business clients. Cecilia brings specific expertise in site usability, search engine optimization (SEO), and implementing practical strategies to leverage social networking to engage members and further the association's mission.
Over the years, Cecilia has worked with clients ranging from the American Bar Association to the Better Business Bureau, Scholastic, and The Arts Institutes.
Doug Floyd, COO
Doug has more than 20 years of experience in technology implementation, including networking, hardware and software deployment, and database and application development.
At Results Direct, Doug is responsible for day-to-day products and services delivery, hosting services, managing client projects, strategic process development, financial systems, and internal tools creation.
Prior to joining Results Direct, Doug served in several Director positions where he was involved in enabling relationships through online communications, including the planning and launch of a pioneering Web publishing company in 1994 that still serves the publishing industry today.
JENNIFER MARGIOTTA, VP, PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Jennifer leads Results Direct's Project Management team and has more than 10 years of experience in product development, content management, and e-commerce integration. She brings specific experience in developing detailed project requirements and coordination of complex Web site projects.
Jennifer's primary responsibilities include management and oversight of client service and project delivery to ensure the best experience for each of our client partners.
Prior to working for Results Direct, Jennifer managed internal Web deliverables for the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and large-scale Web projects for Congressional Quarterly and Capitol Advantage.
ALEX MOUW, SR CONSULTANT, STRATEGIC WEB SOLUTIONS
Alex is a solutions consultant with more than 12 years of experience providing Internet and e-commerce technology consulting and project management expertise to Fortune 500, association, civil agency, and small business clients. At Results Direct, Alex works directly with our association clients to assist them with Web site strategic planning and provides actionable recommendations of time and money saving technologies to improve member service through their Web sites.
With a specialization in system integration, Alex has provided project direction for projects ranging from sophisticated content management system implementations to online member resource centers to online continuing education delivery, assessments and transcript management.
